The referring page may have changed, the backlink may have been removed, the page may be temporarily inaccessible, or the latest check may no longer find the expected link. Review the referring page and perform another check where appropriate.
Changes can happen because the destination, redirect behavior, placement, or monitored link information changed. Compare the latest result with the referring page and previous scan information.
Possible causes include a temporary page outage, access restriction, website response problem, URL change, or third-party blocking. Backlinktor cannot promise access to every webpage.
Review the monitoring status, selected schedule, account or plan limits, domain configuration, and referring-page status. If the issue continues, contact support.
Check whether the relevant domain, backlinks, and recheck configuration are active. Review the latest check details and scan history for useful context.
Verify your API credential, request format, account permissions, plan limits, and current API availability. Never send your complete API key to support.
Check your login information and use available account recovery functionality. If the problem persists, contact Backlinktor Support.
