These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Backlinktor’s website, platform, tools, features, and related services. By accessing or using Backlinktor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to website visitors, registered users, paid subscribers, API users, and any other person or organization using Backlinktor services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Backlinktor.

About Backlinktor

Backlinktor is a SaaS platform that provides tools for backlink monitoring, backlink analysis, backlink status tracking, scheduled backlink rechecking, referring-page management, domain organization, historical backlink information, contact intelligence, and API-related functionality where available.

Specific functionality may vary by plan, account type, feature availability, product updates, and applicable usage limits. Backlinktor may modify, improve, add to, or discontinue features over time in accordance with these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement under applicable law to use Backlinktor. You must meet any minimum age or legal-capacity requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.

If you access or use Backlinktor on behalf of an organization, company, agency, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” include that entity.

User Accounts

Certain Backlinktor features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping that information reasonably current, protecting your login credentials, maintaining control over account access, and all activities occurring under your account.

You must not share passwords publicly, expose API credentials, or allow unauthorized persons to use your account. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access or misuse to support@backlinktor.com.

Permitted Use

Backlinktor may be used for lawful professional, business, SEO, backlink-management, marketing, website-analysis, and related purposes. Permitted uses may include:

• Monitoring backlinks pointing to websites;
• Tracking referring pages and backlink status;
• Organizing domain-related backlink information;
• Scheduling backlink rechecks and reviewing backlink changes;
• Managing legitimate outreach workflows; and
• Using API functionality in accordance with applicable documentation and plan limits.

Your use must remain consistent with these Terms and applicable law.

Prohibited Use

You must not use Backlinktor to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy or data-protection rights, conduct fraud, or misrepresent your identity or authorization. You must not:

• Access systems or data without permission;
• Circumvent product limits, subscription restrictions, or access controls;
• Reverse engineer protected components except where legally permitted;
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful material;
• Interfere with platform operation, overload infrastructure, or make abusive automated requests;
• Scrape or access private or restricted information without authorization;
• Send unlawful spam, conduct deceptive outreach, harass, or threaten individuals;
• Resell platform or API access unless expressly authorized;
• Share or expose API keys; or
• Use the service to facilitate unlawful activities.

Backlinktor may restrict access where misuse threatens users, systems, third parties, or Backlinktor.

Backlink Monitoring and Website Data

Backlinktor may process information relating to domains, URLs, referring pages, backlinks, link status, redirects, anchor-related data, monitoring results, scan history, recheck schedules, and publicly accessible website information. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit information you provide to Backlinktor.

Backlink data may change over time because websites, pages, redirects, and third-party systems change. Backlinktor provides monitoring tools and does not guarantee that every backlink will always be detected, every webpage will always be accessible, third-party websites will remain unchanged, monitoring results will be perfectly complete at every moment, or external websites will respond successfully to every check.

Contact Intelligence

Backlinktor may help users identify or organize business or professional contact information associated with websites or backlink-related workflows. This may include publicly listed business contact information, professional email addresses, organization information, public website contact information, user-provided contact data, and information made available through permitted sources.

You agree to use contact information lawfully and responsibly and remain responsible for compliance with applicable privacy laws, anti-spam rules, direct-marketing laws, electronic communications rules, and professional outreach requirements. Backlinktor must not be used for harassment, deceptive outreach, illegal spam, unauthorized targeting, or misuse of private personal information.

Backlinktor does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or current status of third-party contact information.

User Content and Submitted Data

You may submit domains, URLs, backlink lists, referring pages, contact information, configuration data, API requests, support messages, and other account-related information. You retain responsibility for the information you submit and represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit and use it through Backlinktor.

You grant Backlinktor a limited right to process submitted information only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide requested functionality, maintain and secure the platform, support users, improve service functionality, and comply with legal obligations. Backlinktor does not claim ownership of your submitted information.

Free and Paid Services

Free Services

Backlinktor may provide free functionality, including access to the main backlink tool available through the homepage and other basic functionality as made available by Backlinktor. Free features may have different functionality or limits than paid plans.

Paid Services

Paid plans may provide additional functionality, such as increased monitoring capacity, scheduled rechecks, domain management, historical scans, advanced filtering, contact intelligence, API access where applicable, higher usage limits, and other paid features. Plan features, limits, and pricing displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase apply subject to these Terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain Backlinktor features may require a paid subscription. You agree to provide accurate billing information where required. Subscriptions may be processed through third-party payment providers, and Backlinktor may receive limited transaction information reasonably necessary to manage subscriptions.

Pricing and billing frequency may vary by plan. Current pricing should be shown before purchase, and taxes may apply where required. Payment-provider terms may also apply. Subscription renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing details are governed by the terms displayed during checkout, the applicable plan terms, and any relevant payment-provider requirements.

API Use

If you access Backlinktor through an API or API Workspace, you must use it according to applicable documentation, account permissions, and usage limits. You must not share API credentials publicly, bypass API limits, use API access to disrupt the service, make abusive automated requests, attempt unauthorized access, resell API access unless permitted, or misrepresent API-generated information.

Backlinktor may apply usage limits, request limits, access restrictions, and technical controls where reasonably necessary. API availability and limits may depend on your plan or current product configuration.

Third-Party Services

Backlinktor may interact with, link to, or rely on third-party services, including hosting providers, payment processors, authentication providers, email services, infrastructure providers, analytics services, public websites, and APIs.

Backlinktor does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, terms, privacy practices, security, or changes. You should review third-party terms where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

Backlinktor and its website, platform, branding, interface, software, design, text, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Backlinktor, except for user-provided content and third-party materials.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for permitted purposes. You may not copy protected software, reproduce proprietary interfaces for unauthorized commercial purposes, remove copyright or proprietary notices, misuse Backlinktor trademarks, or sell or sublicense platform access without permission.

Backlinktor does not claim ownership of third-party websites or backlink data merely because that information is processed through the service.

Service Availability and Changes

Backlinktor may modify features, add or remove functionality, change interface design, update technical systems, perform maintenance, apply usage limits, or change plan structures where reasonably necessary.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, third-party outages, security events, infrastructure issues, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Backlinktor does not make uptime guarantees unless expressly offered in separate applicable terms.

Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Backlinktor at any time, subject to applicable account and subscription terms. Backlinktor may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, unlawful use, fraud, security threats, abuse, unauthorized access, serious payment issues, attempts to disrupt the service, or risk to Backlinktor, users, or third parties.

Where reasonable and legally appropriate, Backlinktor may provide notice. Termination may affect access to account information, monitoring history, saved domains, backlink records, and other platform data. You should maintain copies of information you are legally entitled to retain where necessary.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Backlinktor is provided on an “as available” basis. Backlinktor does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, every backlink will be found, every backlink status will always be perfectly current, external websites will always be reachable, contact information will always be accurate, data from third-party sources will always be complete, or every API request will succeed.

Backlinktor does not guarantee that monitoring will prevent backlink loss or that use of the service will improve search rankings. Backlinktor does not guarantee SEO rankings, traffic increases, backlink retention, outreach success, or other specific business outcomes. You remain responsible for your own SEO, marketing, technical, and business decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Backlinktor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service where such limitations are permitted.

This may include lost profits, lost opportunities, lost backlink placements, lost data, business interruption, third-party website changes, or reliance on outdated or unavailable third-party information. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to every user.

Indemnification

Where permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of Backlinktor, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, misuse of submitted information, unauthorized outreach, or misuse of API functionality.

Governing Terms and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and legal principles relevant to Backlinktor and the user, subject to any mandatory consumer or statutory protections that apply. If a specific governing jurisdiction is later provided, this section may be updated accordingly.

Changes to These Terms

Backlinktor may update these Terms from time to time due to product changes, legal requirements, operational changes, security changes, or business changes. When updated, the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Where required by law, additional notice may be provided.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the agreement relating to your use of Backlinktor.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue where legally permitted.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce one provision does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without permission where applicable. Backlinktor may transfer rights in connection with legitimate business restructuring or similar events, subject to law.
